1. We accept luggage orders with flexible minimum order quantities, such as 200 pieces in two colors (100 pieces per color), 600 pieces in three colors (200 pieces per color), or 1,000 pieces in five colors (200 per color).

2. We can accept and produce mixed orders of different bag types. For example: 300 backpacks, 300 genuine leather wallets, 500 makeup bags, 1,000 shoulder bags, and 300 laptop bags.

3. Our prices are slightly higher than those of our competitors, but we can assist customers with after-sales issues. For instance, if a customer orders 1,000 bags and discovers that 200 of them are defective upon receipt, while the remaining products are fine, and after communication it is confirmed that the issue lies with our product quality, we will offer the customer two solutions: one option is to produce the 200 defective bags free of charge and ship them to the customer along with the next bulk order. The other option is to deduct the cost of these 200 defective bags from the total amount of the next bulk order.

4. If the customer requires it, we can act as their purchasing agent, helping them source other products (such as data cables, phone cases, and small speakers), arrange shipping, and prepare documents such as packing lists and commercial invoices.

5. If a client places a bulk order for luggage with us and also places bulk orders for other products (such as gardening tools, electronics, hardware, etc.), we can, upon request, inspect goods from other factories, consolidate them into a single container for shipment, and prepare the packing list and commercial invoice for the full container load.
